Staff Bill Sizer  Bill has been with Renaissance for nine years He comes from a long career in the private investment business. He has also owned businesses in the wholesale and retail food service industry.Bill is an expert in quality customer service and perfect fit. He trained in made to measure and custom clothing at Hickey Freeman in Rochester N.Y. and now runs our custom made to measure and special order department. He does in house or office calls to assist with the perfect custom fit. Truly a Renaissance man, Bill has combined all of his past experiences together with charm, ability and understanding to provide you the perfect wardrobing experience. Roger Pothus  Roger has devoted his life’s work to the apparel industry. With roots that go back to the seventies boutique era, he has experience in both wholesale and retail clothing — sales, distribution and manufacturing. Roger founded Renaissance in 70's and 39 years later, he still stands by his original concept: “Quality, Elegance and Fashion — In that order.” This commitment to quality first continues to sustain the Renaissance legend. Roger maintains his expertise in the field with regular visits to fabric mills, leather tanneries, custom and production facilities, and design studios, both here and in Europe. His intimate and passionate knowledge of each and every item in the shop enhances the superb experience clients have when they visit Renaissance. By design, Roger has chosen to create a unique experience for his clientele – a place where their desires come first; a place where the best products, tailoring, and wardrobe advice possible go hand-in-hand with establishing lifelong relationships and contributing to community responsibility.
